Once charged, either by taking it outside in the sun for a few minutes or using a UV flashlight the bright glow lasts for hours while it slowly dims, but even left in a room with low light it always has a glow in the dark. 18″ solid round, ready to hang, with artist signature and trademark for authenticity.
